Where can I access my billing history and invoices?

Note 🗒️: Only the Owner and the Admin have the right to access the billing history.

 

You can access your billing history and invoices paid by you for the plan subscribed in Clientjoy.

How to access your billing history and invoices?

  • To access your invoices, click here.

  • This will redirect you to your Fastspring account.

     

  • Enter the email used on the checkout window while making the payment. Click on Continue.

     

  • You will receive an email with the link to manage your orders. Click on the link to manage your orders.

     

  • You will be redirected to your Fastspring account where you can manage your subscriptions. Go to the subscriptions tab from the options where you will see your active subscriptions.

     

  • Click on Show billing history for the subscription whose billing history you want to see.

     

     

  • Click on Get invoice to open it.
