An inactive Customer is one who is not engaged with your email and thus not interacting with your messages in any meaningful (or measurable) manner. An extreme inactive customer is one who’s not even engaging with your business, such as not purchasing goods, logging into your site or browsing your webpages.
How you can mark the customer as Inactive?
In order to mark customer as inactive follow the following steps:
Navigate to Customers on Dashboard.
Choose the customer from the customer listing table click on the ellipsis icon and choose Mark as inactive.
The Customer status in the customer listing table will change to Inactive.
Note : You can't create an invoice for the inactive customer.
