Clientjoy helps you keep track of your lead progress by providing you with information about your leads based on what stage they occupy in your Pipeline View.

What are stages and how to add or remove a stage?

The pipeline stages can be defined by an Admin Use. By default Clientjoy comes with five stages - Discovery, Qualified, In conversation, Closed won and Lost.

The Pipeline View displays the lead owned by specific users. To filter for the leads owned by a specific user and understand their progress, click on the filter button- and select the owner.

 

 

 

To Add Stage

  • In order to add stage you can scroll towards left and and on the right hand side + Add New Stage option is available

     

 

 

  • Enter the stage name and select color from the drop-down.

     

 

 

  • Click on save.

Remove a stage.

  • Select the stage you want to delete.

 

 

  • Click the ellipsis icon and choose delete.

     

  • Click Delete.

Note: If the stage is empty having no lead you can directly delete the lead but incase if the stage contains leads then it will ask you to transfer the leads to another stage that you can select from the drop-down.

  • Change the Stage of Lead: You can do it by "dragging" a lead with a mouse from one stage to another.

  • Mark a Lead as Won: To do so, place your cursor above a Lead and drag it to the " Closed Won" section.

  • Mark a Lead as Lost: To do so, place your cursor above a Lead and drag it to the "Lost" Section .

  • Delete a Lead: To do this, place your cursor on top of a Lead and in the upper right corner choose the ellipsis icon. ( the first three dots is the ellipsis icon followed by Lost and won). Once done, now select delete as an option to delete the lead.

  • Stage total: This will sum all the deal sizes in a particular stage.

 

 

  • Change the order of the stages : In order to Change the stage order you can point on the stage and can drag them from right to left or left to right

  • Change the order of the leads : In order to change the order of the leads you can simply take the cursor on your lead name and drag it from bottom to top and vice versa

Deleted Pipelines: In case you click on " Delete a pipeline" Clientjoy will allow you to transfer the leads to other pipelines or eliminate the Leads assigned to that pipeline .
