How to schedule an email
Step 1 - Open mail Composer to schedule
Open the mail composer make sure you add at least one recipient since this step is necessary for scheduling an email.
Next click in the send drop-down which is present at the bottom right and click on the schedule email,
Step 2 - Select the date and time of scheduling
After this, you can select the date and time you want in the day selector. Additionally, you can even select your recipient's time zone from the drop-down menu to email them at the selected time zone.
It says you are from Canada and would like to send an email to someone in Paris. You want to email to reach them by 10:00 AM on February 11. All you have to do is select a date and time using the day key and then select (GMT +01: 00) Paris from the time zone drop.
When you’re done hit Schedule and Send to send the email at the scheduled
Step 3 - Open outbox to view the scheduled email
Once the mail is scheduled and saved You can find the scheduled mail in the outbox and additionally you have the option to move to draft, delete, and send right away.
How to reschedule a scheduled email
Step 1 - Go to outbox to reschedule the scheduled email
Go to outbox and you will your already scheduled email. Click on the email which you want to reschedule
Step 2 - Click on 'Move to draft to reschedule
After clicking on the mail a new page will get opened. In that page you will find the already scheduled time and one option to move the mail into drafts.
If you want to reschedule the already scheduled mail, click on 'Move to Drafts'.
Step 3 - Reschedule the mail in by clicking on the dropdown
Once you click on 'Move to drafts' then the composer window will be opened from where you can reschedule the mail and also edit the body, subject, or add more reci[ients for the mail.
