How can I update my payment method?

Note 🗒️: Only the Owner and the Admin have the right to update the Payment method.

Update your card details if you want to change your payment method or if your current card is expired, to continue your subscription in Clientjoy.

1) How to update your payment method?

  • Go to the Billing option from the sidebar in Settings

     

  • Click on the three ellipses icon on the right side of your plan name and click on the Update payment method

     

  • This will redirect you to your Fastspring account.

     

  • Enter the email used on the checkout window while making the payment. Click on Continue.

     

  • You will receive an email with the link to manage your account. Click on the link to manage your orders.

     

  • You will be redirected to your Fastspring account where you can manage your subscriptions. Go to the subscriptions tab from the options where you will see your active subscriptions.

     

  • Click on the dropdown option besides the Manage button for the active subscription for which you want to update the payment method.

     

  • Click on the Update payment method.

  • This will open up a modal window to Add a Payment Method.

  • Choose the payment method and add the credentials or choose from the existing Payment methods added.

  • Save your Payment details.

     

    Congratulations🙌 Your payment method has been updated to continue with your Clientjoy subscription.
