Let's take an example that when a Customer is added from Google sheets, it gets automatically added to Clientjoy as a Customer.
Here are the steps to follow.
1 . Log in to Zapier. Click on Make A Zap.
2 . Choose the app with which you want to integrate Clientjoy and fill in the necessary details for the same as the step follows. ( For instance, google sheet is chosen).
3 . Click on Continue Button and choose a google account. Once chosen set up trigger and test.
Now click on continue
4 . Once you are done with setting up the app, you can now choose Clientjoy as the app to integrate with and fill in the details for the same. Please select version
Clientjoy BETA as highlighted in the image below.
5 . In the Action event choose to create a Customer and click Continue.
6 . Now choose your Clientjoy account to sign in.
7 . Once the account is chosen click on Continue.
8 . Click on the field name to enter the data either by typing or by selecting from the list available.
9 . Once the Test and Review is done, please check if the data entered is correct. Click on Test and Continue.
10 . Once done then turn on the Zap.
The above screenshot shows the customer imported.
Now you are good to go!
