An activity log is a detailed record of all the activities that were carried out in your agency during a particular period of time. In short, it provides details on the when, what, where, and who of an action performed.

  • When - The time and date of the action.

  • What - The description of the action performed such as creating an invoice or updating a bill.

  • Where - The module pertaining to which the action was performed. It can be Invoices, Bank Feeds or Integrations.

  • Who - The user who performed the action.

Activity logs help you to oversee the actions that are performed in Clientjoy.

Below is the list of the actions recorded in the activity log :

1) When a Lead or Customer is created in Clientjoy

2) When a Lead or Customer is created via import/Pabbly/Zapier

3) When a Lead or Customer details are updated

4) When a Lead is converted to a Customer
