How to add Leads from Google Sheets to Clientjoy using Pabbly Connect?

Let's take an example when an entry is made in your Excel sheet of leads data, it gets automatically added to Clientjoy as a Lead.

Here are the steps to follow.

1 . Login to Pabbly. Click on Dashboard.

2 . You can choose the trigger and the action you want to create. For example, whenever a new entry is made in Google Sheets, it will create a new lead in Clientjoy.

So in the trigger, you can choose Google Sheets and in Action, you can choose the Clientjoy app.

3 . Click on Try it now

4 . You need to follow the below-mentioned steps:

  • Login to Google Sheets

  • Navigate to Add-ons > Get add-ons

  • G Suite App Marketplace pop-up dialog box appears, Search for Pabbly Connect Webhooks

  • Click Pabbly Connect Webhooks, Click Install > Continue & Allow all permissions for an app

  • Refresh the page, Navigate to Add-ons > Pabbly Connect Webhooks dropdown

  • Click Initial setup, a pop-up dialog box appears

  • Copy the webhook link above and paste it under the Webhook URL field and Enter your trigger column name and click on Submit

  • Enable Send on Event to send the data

5 . Click on Capture webhook response

6 . The data gets captured from the Excel sheet.

7 . Click on Action and connect your Clientjoy account

8 . Fill in the details by mapping them with the sheet

9 . Click on Save & Sent Test Request

10 . Once you get the message that the lead is created successfully then click on Save.

11 . Then you are all set to use it.
