How can I add a Lead?
In order to add lead.
Navigate to the leads module on the dashboard
From the top right corner click on the New lead button
Fill in the required detail
Click on save
Note: Leads can be associated with a person, an organization, or both.
How can I add a Lead at the top or bottom of a stage in Pipeline?
To add a lead at the top or bottom of the stage in the pipeline there is a + (Add New) sign available if you want to add the lead at the top you can click on the + sign positioned at the top of the pipeline.
Similarly, if you want to add the lead at the bottom you can click on the + sign positioned at the bottom.
How can I update a Lead?
Once the lead is created you can update the lead by clicking on the lead name.
Navigate to the dashboard. Click on Leads module. Click on any Lead name. Click On Update.
